I don't sell websites. I sell the thing I had to build for myself.
I run three local businesses in North Idaho: a real estate team, a handyman business, and a luxury property management company. Every one of them lives or dies on the same thing — whether the right customer can find us, trust us, and reach us before they find someone else.
So I built the system. SoldBySpecials runs on an AI-powered lead engine I put together myself — research, website, lead capture, social content, follow-up, tracking. And here's the part that changed how I think about all of this: customers started telling me they found my handyman business through ChatGPT. Not Google. ChatGPT.
