From a 30 to a 99 on mobile — a real before & after.

Special Care Handyman serves Coeur d'Alene and North Idaho — real crews, real reviews, plenty of demand. But the website was built on a page-builder that loaded slowly: on a phone, the main content took nearly 33 seconds to appear, and the browser was frozen for 14 seconds of that. For a customer with a leaky faucet at 9pm, that's not a slow site — that's a competitor's phone ringing instead.

Just as important for a modern local business: AI assistants couldn't cleanly read the site. It passed only 1 of 2 AI-readiness checks, so tools like ChatGPT had a harder time understanding and recommending it.

• Moved off the slow page-builder onto a fast, hand-structured build hosted on Netlify.
• Compressed every image to modern formats and stripped the dead weight dragging the load time.
• Built the AI-search layer in — clean structure, business data, and answer-ready content so assistants can read and cite it.
• Fixed accessibility and mobile so it works for every visitor on every device.
• Wired lead capture so an inquiry actually reaches the business, fast.
